Tropical Bundt Cake Recipe
1 package white cake mix ¾ cup water 3 large eggs 8 ¼ ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice ½ cup chopped nuts 2 teaspoons banana flavoring ½ cup shredded coconut
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool upright in the pan for 25 minutes; invert onto cake plate and cool completely. Drizzle a glaze over the cake that is made with 1 cup powdered sugar and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
