Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Recipe 2
16 ounces cream cheese, softened ½ cup sugar ½ teaspoon vanilla 2 large eggs ¾ cup mini semisweet chocolate chips, divided 1- 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended. Add the eggs; mix until blended. Stir in ½ cups of the chips. Pour into the crust; Sprinkle with the remaining ¼ cup of chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, or until the center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight. Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cheesecake: Beat 1/3 cup of peanut butter in with the cream cheese. Banana Chocolate Chip Cheesecake: Beat ½ cup mashed ripe banana in with the cream cheese. Makes 8 servings.
