Chocolate Banana CakePrint this Recipe for Chocolate Banana Cake 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup Light brown sugar; packed 1/4 cup cocoa 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon salt 
1/2 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon vinegar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana (1 medium) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a square pan, 8 x 8 x2". In a small mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Stir in mashed ripe banana; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
