Baking Conversions


These baking conversion charts will show you the approximate US/imperial and metric equivalents. The United States uses cup measures for solid and liquids. U.S. and Canadian volume for a cup measure is 8 fluid ounces which in standard metric is equivalent to 250 ml; 1 British imperial cup is 10 ounces.
